At Frangipani, we stand by our merchandise.  Every item we ship is inspected rigorously before it is sent to you.  

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns  All item must be returned within to 14 days from the date you receive the item.  Shipping charges are not refundable.

To receive you Return Authorization number, please email us at  Frangipaniboutique@gmail.com. Please Include your name, telephone number, order number and item(s) you wish to return.

Please allow up to 3 days for the processing of your return, from the date we receive your package.

Exchanges can be made up to 14 days from the day you receive your merchandise.  Please contact us to ensure the item is available.

Once we have been contacted, we would be happy to put the replacement item on hold until your return arrives.

Return-Shipping Instructions

Return items must be sent via insured, prepaid, regular parcel post.  Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with Canada Post.

Refunds

We will refund your order up to 14 days from the date you receive your merchandise.  Returns made after 14 days, will be refunded for store credit only.  Refunds to your credit card may take up to an extra day to appear on your credit record.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Non-Refundable Items

Jewellery, special occasion wear and sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded

Original Condition

All returned merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received.  Frangipani will not accept merchandise that has been used.  Please return all items with tags intact.
